Thanks for your both your response, I finally got an email stating case complete at 1:00 am this morning. Yes 1:00 am kinda strange is nvc open at that time?

Can you all please give me an estimate on when your files left NVC??...how many days after IL? when did you see the update on CEAC website?

It varies for each consulate i guess. Checked CEAC today morning and case status changed to "In transit". So about 12 business days after IL is when it changed to Transit.

Hey guys I am new in this treed, but I am on the same boat as you guys and have been following this page for a while. Please help me on this!

I sent my and joint-sponsor’s I-864 package on Dec 17, 2013 and I sent my Tax transcripts from IRS. I realized that I have made a mistake on my annual income so I corrected it and sent a new one with a copy of my Form 1040 on January 7, 2014. Today I received a checklist saying that please correct the following:

In Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment, please correct the following...

[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal

income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

I already did correct it and sent it, but they haven’t reviewed the new one that I sent on January 7, 2014. On the new one I put #22 of Form 1040 on Part 6, Item 13.a.1. Is that correct?

You must submit the following financial evidence:

[x] Proof of current employment (examples: a recently dated job letter, pay stub, or a copy of your business license).

On I-864 I put that I am self-employed as a Trader. But with the first I-864 I didn’t send the Schedule D, but with the new one I sent Schedule D attached with my Form 1040. My question is, if they review the second I-864 that I sent would they be satisfied with my proof of employment? I don’t know what to send them that shows my proof of current employment.

I just started working as a Pizza delivery two weeks ago and received my first Pay stub. Should I just put my current employment as a pizza delivery and send my pay stub?? So then I have to change everything on I-864 and send it again since I have a joint-sponsor who meets the income requirement. Please advise me what to do next or just wait for them to review my second I-864?

You said that you already sumbitted the first form after you noticed that you had a mistake so that's automatically a checklist. The second form you submitted maybe disregarded. Just sent again the documents with the corrected informations to the address provided on the checklist email you received, the one that's written on the cover sheet. Follow the instructions carefully. Goodluck!

I went in the Embassy ( 1st in ) at 8am and i was out for 8.45 am. Prayers last night was for me to be out for 9 am. Praise God i was.

2013-01-03: Married

2013-08-26: I-130 Sent

2013-08-28: I-130 Received

2013-09-05: NOA-1

2013-09-11: NOA1 (Hard copy)

2013-10-02: NOA2 approved (SMS and email from USCIS)

2013-10-08: NOA2 (Hardcopy)

NVC

2013-10-15: NVC received the case.

2013-10-24: Received Case number, IIN, Beneficiary number, AOS invoiced & sent DS-261.

2013-10-31: Paid AOS fee.

2013-11-01: Received IV invoiced and Paid it as well.

2013-11-02: AOS fee status changed to paid.

2013-11-07: IV Fee status changed to PAID & sent DS-260.

2013-11-18: AOS Docs & IV docs sent together thru DHL

2013-11-20: NVC received the AOS and IV documents.

2013-11-21: NVC confirmed that they received the documents

I sent my docs on Dec 27th ... still no Case Complete :(

Keep posting your updates.

Hi.. We had our IV and AOS docs submitted on dec 19, according to fedex it was delivered on Dec 30 to NVC.. We're now waiting for the case completion, reading the posts here, gave me an idea that it normally takes 3weeks to 1month for them to complete the process. Hope to hear from them soon.
