we're not all the same? coz last week of november NVC released an I/L for january...!!!so by last week of this month or 1st week of upcoming month is for feb interview

No it's the same for all F2As. I got case complete after September 20th but before October 20th and received a December interview date. Everyone who received case complete after November 20th but before December 20th is in line for a February interview. If you check the case complete list that we have here you will see that January interview dates were already given out at the end of November. I think this has been explained a few times now. I don't think it is that straight forward. For India , cut off for Jan interviews is around Dec15th as specified in the consulate website in the sense that the interview date for the current month is decided before the 15th of the previous month. IR/CR are getting there interviews scheduled in a day or two. For example, i saw a December 12th CC getting an interview on Jan 30th 2014. That person got the interview email on Dec 13th. Another member with 11/27 as CC got an interview for 1/27/14 and not in Feb. I am just talking about India here. Even people from Philippines with CC of 11/22/13 has an interview date of Jan 15th, 2014.

Now for F2A its taking about a month to even get the interview email because probably they are giving priority to US citizens than LPR.

Beyond Dec 15th, my take atleast for India is people should get an interview call for Feb 2014 and not March 2014 and most of the Nov end /dec CC's should get some notification by end of Dec or First week of Jan.

Careful readers of recent USCIS processing times must have noticed that the USCIS has been processing this category of I-130 and I-485 applications in a fairly shorter processing time than I-130 and I-485 applications for the spouses and children of U.S. citizens, implying that the visa numbers for F-2A have been consumed fairly rapidly recently. This trend has helped the family members of permanent residents to achieve their long-conceived dreams of family unification in a short period of time, even shorter than the family members of the U.S. citizens. This unusual patterm may not last too long, though.

I think if regress had been necessary it would have happened. However January bulletin haven't got regress. I don't see any reason why it may happen in July-September 2014.

In my opinion cut-off will be 08SEN13 until majority people whose priority dates are earlier will receive their visa. I think regress probably won't happen.

But if it happens it would be not longer than 6 month.

Mumbai, India hasn't released an interview schedule for January yet and i didn't see them releasing one just yet. Nov/Dec CC before 15th are even getting Jan interviews as pointed out in the IR/CR thread. So any one with a CC between Dec and Jan 15th should get an interview in Feb atleast in India.

what mistake you made in I-864?

Hey I just called NVC any they told me my case is complete IV looks fine just have take my Indian Pcc to interview coz I didn't submit that with the rest of docs.

and that I got checklist for AoS. I don't have that email for checklist so I don't know wat is missing.

But how long do I have to wait after I respond to checklist?

Plz help I am so upset was not expecting checklist ;(
