Okay, I'm back. biggrin.png

I spoke with a male CSR and he told me the only thing I need to submit is my AOS checklist. No need to submit the DS260 because they already accepted the DS230 and civil docs that I sent (refer to my signature below).

I told him that I filled out the DS260 online but I did not submit it, will that cause an issue? He said NO. He said that they only want my response to the AOS checklist. I told him I was in panic mode because of the DS260 and he said in a very calm voice "Ma'am there's no need to panic". laughing.gif

Anyway, I'm annoyed at the other CSRs because I talked to another lady tonight (and that lady I spoke with this morning) and they're both like robots, not even bothering to somehow listen to me. They just said that "Ma'am you need to submit the DS260" even if our records are already there in front of them. They should be re-trained or something. mad.gif

Hi, im just curious...how long is the period time for the checklist to be accepted? I submitted AOS checklist dated Aug 6 and they received it Aug 9. The operator says it's under review and wait for 20 business days to review. How much time is the waiting to be completed? Thank you for your reply.

Thank you Apple21...i have to wait for another 2 days..:(

Oh noh, i submitted and completed the DS260 awhile ago. Is there any issue affecting my IV application? Because when I called NVC just now, my IV package is completed already and my DS260 is not yet reflected in the system. Do u think it will affect on my case when they find I filed DS260? Thanks in advance.

To all those that had their IV accepted, did you list all your addresses from when you were born or from when you turned 16? I got a checklist saying there's a gap of residency. I need to fill out that darn DS260 and wait for 20 business days again so I want to be sure. ?

Thanks. ?
