sorry i do not know exactly when but husband sent all the documents/requirements for NVC processing to lawyer nov 27 and he said call after 4 weeks. so did not bother my husband to call him yet i do not wanna irritate them lol.. so wait wait wait that is what im doing now

today is the 15th days of iv docs coz they entered in their system last nov 19 . i recieved a checklist it says there they are waiting for response of my checklist in myfinancial evidence which i received that again last nov20 but i already sent last nov 23 ..yesterday i called them and its under review and last nov29 that was the last day they received a packet from me probably thats my checklist on my Aos and under review also .so my question is that, since they dont say anything about our iv docs , it means its already accepted, no problem anymore?

Its better to give them a call and ask what's the status of your AOS or IV Docs.

ok, last nov 20 i recieved that again, but they elaborate before they were looking a proof of relationship of the petitioner and co-sponsor..another checklist was civil documents of travelling applicants but i sent..they received that last nov 19, so i believed after they reviewed those civil docs they send me that checklist..so u think my new checklist they are referring the proof relationship of petitioner and co sponsor? i know its in their system already last nov 29 coz i called yesterday...you think i ignore that and is that means that iv docs accpted alreay?

If you already sent the civil documents disregard that. Just response to your aos checklist. it's not yet accepted, and it's not yet reviewed. That's what happened to us also. We just responded to the aos checklist and ignored the other one. When did your iv documents entered into system?

It depends on what is stated on your checklist. If it's about the proof of relationship again, maybe they're asking for more evidences. As long as you do not have any confirmation either thru call or email, your iv documents are not yet accepted.
