Yeah. With Dec15th approaching in a few days it will be interesting to see the Feb 2014 VB for F2A next month. Most of the CC cases now should be getting an interview slot in Feb.

Got the CC email after a week. Now i have something in written that Case is complete. :-)

Dear Sir or Madam:

The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview. Additional documentation requirements if applicable can be referenced at the following URL: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3742.html

It is still at NVC. I don't think it will change to "In transit" until NVC schedules the interview date and sends it to the Embassy.

It is still at NVC. I don't think it will change to "In transit" until NVC schedules the interview date and sends it to the Embassy.

Yeah. With Dec15th approaching in a few days it will be interesting to see the Feb 2014 VB for F2A next month. Most of the CC cases now should be getting an interview slot in Feb.

I am not sure about all the consulates, but the consulate in mumbai has a cut off for the Interview date list for current month on the 15th of the previous month. Atleast thats what they say on their website.

So for example, for Jan 2014 interviews, Dec 15th,2013 will be the cut off for getting an interview at the Mumbai consulate.
