Help, We received checklist. What It means, my IV package completed?

How long is wait AOS checklist completed? NVC received AOS Checklist 18 november. I so hope on january interview.. After this process, I think me needed a good psychologist, I have a deep depression Coming soon New Year we but we are not together, it already the second new year we are not together.

Sorry but if your case is not completed you won't receive interview letter. Interview letter for january have been already sent.

My case isn't completed too. I hope for an interview in February or most likely in March.

I-864 is affidavit. Not checklist. Your signature doesn't contain any information about I-864.

Instead of the form I-864 I mean AOS (Affidavit of Support) we used I-864EZ and get checklist 16 november, submitted I-864EZ 18 november and still review..

You have a good chance of getting a february 2014 interview if your case completes before december 20. It has been the usual cutoff dates for interview scheds for the past few months. Goodluck!

Not sure about other consulates but Mumbai, India has 15th of previous month as cutoff date for interviews in the next month. I am still hoping for a Jan interview.

I posted this a couple of days ago and got no response so I'm trying again. Can anybody who have gone to their interview advise on this please? Your help is greatly appreciated.

First of all, congrats to all of those who are getting CC and to those who got I/L this week.

I have one question about the interview. We got all the civil docs (birth certificate, police certificate, marriage certificate, etc) back in Sept 2013 when we started the NVC stage. Now, we are being told we need to bring all the civil docs again to the interview at the US embassy and I was thinking on bringing the same civil docs we got back in Sept. Would that be ok or do we need to get new civil docs with current issuance date?

Also, in the medical examination instructions there are a lot of vaccinations the beneficiary should have. We called the doctor's office and they couldn't tell us which of all those vaccinations my wife should get. Do you guys know if she should get them all or some of them?

u can carry the same civil documents if they arent expired (which i highly doubt since u got them in sept.)..police certificates are valid for 1 yr from the issuance date..so i dnt think you will need a new one. So you are ok with that.

When you go to the medical exam, carry any immunization records that you have. that will help the doctor determine which vaccines are required. You wont find out which vaccines u need until the medical exam.

hi saudade21 what u mean by police certificate valid 1 year because mine said valid 3 month i did sent it t NVC after it was expired 2 days im waiting for thier action i dont know if they will accept it or ask for another one ??!! when u say valid one year u gave m hope they may accepte it would u plz tell me what u mean valid one year . thanks

Police clearance/NBI clearance in the Philippines are also valid for 1 year. You have to check the validity of those clearances in your country, otherwise you have to get a new one for your interview.

I know the police certificate in Colombia is valid for one full year so no problem there. I guess I'll have to get new civil docs since by the time of the interview date 3 months will have already passed.

hi everyone can we appeal to the us embassy to retain the original interview date given by nvc if it was moved to a later date by the embassy due to congestion in the original date of interview? hope somebody could help....

You should get I/L for Jan interview since Dec15th will be cut off for Jan interviews. NVC did tell me that i cannot get any interview in December and they will let me know about january in "some time".
