In your case yes, but not in mine. I contacted already my consulate.

They will contact my wife there for suitable interview date for her in December.

But Thank you so much.

Wish you success with the journey.

Hi kaevom,

I notice from your timeline that your petition was case complete within a couple of weeks (there was thanksgiving holiday)?

We just submitted our AOS, IV and DS-260 earlier this week.

Just keep bugging NVC :-) i tried to call NVC every other day and ask politely about my case.

Good Luck in your CC you'll get it soon as long everything was submitted

Ughh, after reviewing the I-864 form that I already submitted, I missed filling out Part 6-Item 10.

I filled out Part-6 -Item 5, my income is sufficient thus I do not have to fill out Part 6-Item-6-9.

Basically, Part 6 - Item 10 is equal to Part-6 - Item 5.

Do you think I will be check listed?

If so, do you think I should send the corrected page right away instead of waiting for NVC to send the check list?

Letter was written that we have to send civil documents. But we have already sent out the documents before. Perhaps this is a mistake. I don't now.

If the checklist is about the civil documents that you have sent to them already, that means your AOS is accepted and they're just waiting for your civil documents to be in their system. Goodluck! :)

Sad to say but yes. That's the same thing happened to us. We just received our checklist last monday.

No you can't submit the new form, you just have to wait for the checklist because you'll attach the letter together with the new revised I-864.

I heard about getting the checklist for same thing earlier. I would suggest to reach out to NVC this question and if you get lucky then you might not get one too!

But i guess you should not take chance or wait, send right away... don't wait
