F2A filers waiting for CASE COMPLETION from NVC

hi!

In my case we ignored the IV invoice for my 2 kids since they are already in the US (F2b derivative of my husband). My husband only paid for my IV fee and didn't do anything about my kids being invoiced too. Then upon reading this, (was worried I will be asked to submit proofs that my kids are already in the US...and will only delay the process) i logged into my CEAC account and it shows this:

IV Application Processing Fees: Paid

Number of IV fees: 3 Paid: 1 In process: 0 Not Paid: 0

Not applicable: 2

I'm not sure...but it says Not applicable. So I'm hoping it's just OK that we didn't contacted NVC about the iV invoice.

You need to scan the green cards of your children and explain that they are already in u.s. You can send it thru an email. That's what I did. :)

hi guys, i have a question what time mostly the I/L deliver? if the benificiary is not home they give it to the mother or to the brother? or i should say what will i do if im not at home? what week of the month mostly deliver the I/L? for me to have an idea. thank you smile.png

Interview letters are sent thru EMAIL of the petitioner and beneficiary. You just print it out to present at SLEC and USEM.

Interview letters are sent thru EMAIL of the petitioner and beneficiary. You just print it out to present at SLEC and USEM.

i agree with apple21. as far as i can remember my mom sent me the I/L thru email and printed it

when you fill up the ds261 or change of agent, you indicated there who you want to communicate with the nvc, you put the email address and mailinh address and if you chose your lawyer then Nvc will send the IL to your lawyer

Also, I need advice on my below question from our VJ members:

My case is completed at NVC on 2013-11-21. What are my chances of a JAN 2014 interview? Please advice. I am from India.

Sorry was traveling, just came to India. Yes there is a very good chance that you may get a Jan interview. I have been seeing trends that if CC by 20th of a month there is a great chance that you will get the interview in next 2 weeks.

2013-10-10: NVC received the case.

2013-10-15: Received Case number, IIN, Beneficiary number

2013-10-17: Received AOS and IV visa fee invoice email and paid both.

2013-10-21: AOS Fee status changed to PAID.

2013-10-21: IV Fee status changed to PAID. DS-260 is available.

2013-10-26: AOS Docs sent/IV Docs sent/DS-260 Submitted Online.

2013-10-28: NVC received the docs in the morning(Based on Fedex tracking).

2013-11-21: Checklist.

why? what about your case?

from what I understand Beneficiary's petitioner is the sole sponsor (probably petitioner's salary is enough to sponsor the beneficiary) apparently he is living with his parents that has dependents, nvc will focus on his itr alone since petitioners parents aren't co-sponsors, that is why i said i don't think it will create any problem

My wife income was not sufficient as she has her sisters kids as dependent. We seeked for joint sponsor who is alone and income above 23k. I.e he meets criteria. Still embassy refused me to give visa now I searched one joint sponsor with huge income.. I was accepted by Nvc but not by embassy. I don't know why consular didn't refused... So better be prepare with huge income.. Don't take a single chance .. Don't make Any weak points. Make strong ur documents
