My warm regards to all the VJ members and thanks for all the help here. My journey is nothing short of a miracle.

My case is completed at NVC on 2013-11-21. What are my chances of a JAN 2014 interview? Please advice. I am from India.

I may be setting a new record here if I have my Interview in Feb 2014, in terms of completing the F2A process in a record 8 months time from start to finish. I know I am very lucky. Wishing all others a speedy process. God Bless.

Good luck and congratulations, I believe there are few people faster. I just submitted my checklist on 26th hope I can have a Feb interview too. Your IV checklist was sent on 11-13 and case complete in 8 days.....very encouraging for all.

NVC

2013-10-10: NVC received the case.

2013-10-15: Received Case number, IIN, Beneficiary number

2013-10-17: Received AOS and IV visa fee invoice email and paid both.

2013-10-21: AOS Fee status changed to PAID.

2013-10-21: IV Fee status changed to PAID. DS-260 is available.

2013-10-26: AOS Docs sent/IV Docs sent/DS-260 Submitted Online.

2013-10-28: NVC received the docs in the morning(Based on Fedex tracking).

2013-11-21: Checklist.

2013-12:20: Case complete : By Phone

2013-12-28 : Case complete email from NVC

2014-01-29: Called DOS for Interview date. Set for March 21,2014.

2013-01-29 Night: Interview Letter by email.

2014-02-03: Finished fingerprinting and Photograph at VAC

2014-02-08: CEAC status changed to "Ready"

2014-02-13: Medical scheduled

2014-03-18: Will try to fly out to Mumbai to be with my wife for her Interview. Not sure if the embassy will let me in but at least want to be there. :-)

2014-03-21: Interview

2014-03-21: VISA approved as per CO. We were told to expect the passport in 3-5 business days.

2014-03-21: CEAC Status"Issued" SAME DAY.

Hi the nvc sent an email that my case is complete as soon as they schedule an interview date they will let us know. how long do they take to schedule for pakistan.

Hey i am also from pakistan my case was completed on 17th oct and i got my interview letter on 28th oct. My interview is on 23dec :)

Hi,

I'm petitioner. I got NOA2 on Nov 7. I guess I get my case number soon. I have a question, for tax return documents, I have a copy of all my tax returns. NVC asks for those copies, right? or I have to ask IRS for a copy of my previous tax returns? I appreciate your response.

well, I don't know if my case is completed. This is what just happened:

1. Got an AOS checklist on 10/26 about tax income for 2012 not matching (section 19). They did match, I wrote to NVC to request a review and I sent an exact copy of my original AOS with an updated date and signature.

2. On 10/29 they acknowledge my email requesting for review. With no future actions or specifics.

3. I called today and the operator tells me that there is a new checklist for section 3 of my AOS (no email received yet), which was not listed in my original AOS. Bear in mind this is an exact copy.

4. I called again to request to talk to a supervisor. No supervisor available.

5. I called again and the person told me he talked to a supervisor and that the supervisor mentioned they checked my original submission and that the tax info did match, that I can consider my case complete.

This last hour has been a freaking roller coaster of emotions: frustration, anger and cautious optimism.

What do you think?

Consider your self CC, just wait for the E-Mail now saying CC. Yay another one whose case is complete. Congrats,.

Yes you will receive an E-Mail saying CC, takes up to a week. Congrats. if supervisor told ya cc then GO CELEBRATE - you will be in for a feb interview :) yayyyyy

Well NVC are closed Thursday and Friday, so i guess it seems we will get our IL's next week sometime.

Good Luck to all waiting for I/L.

I Don"t think NVC w"ld be closed on Friday bcz Black Friday is not A Federal Holiday.... So may be Friday.....!!

Wow... I think this is how one would feel after being released from prison for 2 years... dancin5hr.gif This have been the most depressing and sad two years of my life waiting to be with my beloved wife...
