Please helpp me i m soo confused!!!! Do nvc send u mail regarding submitting affedevit of support with required civil documents?? Or we have to send it by our own after submitting ds3032!!! ?? My PD was 29 june 2011 and in july's VB i m current!!! But nvc didnt mail me :( dhould i send my docs to them so that my case would complete?? Do they inform u when the case is complete??? Plzzz helpppp

Should I re-submit a Certiifed copy of my Marriage certificate for the IV documents? Is it a required document?I remember I already submitted it when I sent my I-130 petiton for my daughter.

Relax :) there is nothing to panic. There is lot of information on VJ and most of your queries may have been answered already. You can go through the guides from the below link for a better understanding of the process:

Please fill your timeline so that it is clear what stage of the process you are in.

Have you sent your DS3032 already? Your PD is current but NVC does not send email if dates are current. NVC sends email only when case is complete but there is a series of steps to be followed before case is complete.

Yes i have sent ds3032 5 months before!!! Have paid my fees!! Then they generate email instructing about next steps i.e affedevit of support with required civil docs!! I told my husbabd to send them!! But he said we cannot send them unless they demand from us!!

Now I am current and still they didnt mail us asking for our docs!!! I think we should send them complete documnts and forms so that my case would be complete. What do u say?

Javeria1990, in the payment portal, where you payed your fees it is clearly stated in the Next Steps section of Receipt tab that you should send your documents (different info for each fee). Don't forget coversheets.

Email instructions that you got is their demand of your docs.

they got mine aug 1st and it's now currently being reviewed when i talked to the CSR the other day..try to call again :)

Try to call them. They received my IV docs last Aug.7 and when I called them last night they said they just entered my case into their system and wait for 20 business days for their review :)
