you are a week ahead of me, i will follow your timeline, no to RFE lol we are almost a month behind because of paperworks :-/ crossing fingers not to get rfe with aos as i see everyone seems to get checklist with aos

oh waw CAC mine was the same as your date AOS ON 13 and IV on 15 of November i called they told me to wait 30 days i hope we get CC sooooooon God welling . ClockWatch2.gif

They received our AOS on the 13th of November while our IV docs on 15th of November...Yes we are expecting the same...hoping no checklist....

My AOS checklist (RFE) was because my spouse did not submit her most recent Indian tax return, we both currently live in India while our case is being processed so this was needed. She did not file US tax returns as she did not earn any income in USA till date, she worked as an intern but without any income, we explained this in out cover letter but forgot the Indian tax return which NVC wanted to see.

My IV (RFE) was about birth certificate, I submitted my baptism certificate initially but that was not accepted. I had to get a certified birth certificate from my state government. There were a lot of mistakes in the record maintained by the state government so I initially decided to submit baptism certificate. It took about a month to get these corrected and then submit to NVC.

It was my bad that I ignored these initially and should have taken care. I was able to get case completed post these checklists submissions. I am also amazed that the IV checklist was reviewed withthin one week from the day NVC received it (Usually they say it takes 20 business days and I wa prepared for it).

Hope we all be cc soon and join the February interview...yes I called every single day but then it's no use they always tells me to wait for 30 days I guess I will have to wait and pray hard....I'll try not call ha ha ha:)

NVC Inquiry <NVCInquiry@state.gov> is pretty fast as well. Previously it took about 15 business days for them to respond to the email. Now they take only 5 business days to respond. Hope CC comes through at the same speed. cool.png

atleast you've provided the RFE for them. coz others have difficulties in providing the RFE most especially when they have typographical error in their certificates. Goodluck to you too.
