Me too Apple. My husband called NVC last Friday and was informed that our case if already completed. I got the email confirmation today. Congrats to everyone.

Hi all,

My I-130 just got approved, so I think I should move here :)

I would like to ask how much time I should expect for case completion form NVC if there is no RFE. Interview letter i guess depends on country. Sorry if this is already asked questions, i read two pages and couldn't figure out.

Hope we all get case completion soon.

November 14, 2013 - NOA 2

Case shipped to DOS - November 19, 2013

NVC Stage

December 11, 2013 - NVC received my case

December 30, 2013 - NVC case number issued

January 2, 2013 - NVC issued invoice number

January 13, 2013 - DS261 filled out

January 15, 2013 - AOS invoice received and paid

January 17, 2013 - AOS package sent

January 21, 2014 - Fed ex delivered package (NVC confirmed receipt on 22nd)

January 21, 2014 - IV fee invoice received and paid

January 22, 2014 - IV documents sent (payment in process but cleared from bank)

January 23, 2014 - submitted DS260 form, iv documents delivered per fedex (24th per NVC)

February 12, 2014 - received fake checklist for IV package

February 21, 2014 - Case completed (by phone)

April 2, 2014 - Called and got interview date May 13, 2014

May 13, 2014 - Counsel needed some time to to review docs

May 27, 2014 - Interview round two and visa approved

June 2, 2014 - Visa pick up date

currently its taking 2-3 months at the nvc stage for case complete.( after you get your case number)

10-40 days to get case number

7-15 days for payment/to show as PAID

30 business days for case completion after the have received all your necessary documents.( add another 30 business days if you get RFE)

I was able to schedule an earlier appt! God is great! I refreshed from time to time & my husband and i agreed to only change it if there was a Nov date available. Thankfully, this morning, i was able to get Nov 25, instead of Dec 9!

Philippines, hurry, i think there are still a couple slots left for Nov 25.

I think they do after consultation with Consulate/Embassy on date availability.

NVC gave me Dec 9, but i know the Embassy accepts changes if available. Availability changes from time to time & before this morning, the other earliest available was Jan 2, 2014
