ivana99, I was gonna ask for the same thing, if an earlier interview date is available because i am 20weeks pregnant & taking care of our 1st toddler too. Maybe i can call to see what dates they have. smile.png But my husband has manila plane ticket for Dec 8th, before his Dec 9 interview..

& you mean to say, by "i will print your visa now" They wont have to mail it like they usually do?

They always mail the visa or you can pick it up at a 2GO branch. Its impossible to get the visa on the same day as the interview because that's not how it is. Fastest delivery is 2 working days.

We r on same page, it's 15 business days for my IV doc too.. I was thinking of asking my husband to call them on Friday....

Definitely call them. My siblings Aos checklist was entered on oct 18 and they received our civil documents on the 8th of October, filled up the ds26o oct 10th. Iv got approved nov 1 and just called awhile ago and learned that both of my brother and sister''s cases got case completed since Friday nov 8. That's 15 business days since aos cl was entered. is there NVC support phone number for that time of the day,

I am asking because I normally call in the mornings and I thought they are available from 7am to 1pm or something like that?

And I thought that I don't need to call for verification from NVC....but in the morning they told me they are still under review :-(

I just called before 5 minutes - It is the same :-(

I feel so bad why some people filled documents after me are processed but not me :-((((((

Really feel.......discriminated, but what can I do...I will wait :-((((((

Don't feel that way, as every case is unique. Yours will be completed soon, so just wait for the time. It might be before the end of the week.

That's half true ;-)

In case it was IR IV kinda I am ok with you.

But in F2A the truth is that every minute counts.

In case that delay from their side happens and I go for Feb interview and they are no visa availability?

Who will pay for that delay outside IV civil docs processing times of ceas page - it is clearly stated the following one:

"

You have successfully submitted your DS-260 to the National Visa Center (NVC). If you need to update your immigrant visa application, please contact the NVC.

If you have not already done so, submit your supporting documentation (as listed on the Documents The Applicant Must Submit web page) to the NVC. Upon receipt of your supporting documentation, the NVC will review your DS-260.

The time to review your documentation after its receipt at the NVC is 2 to 4 weeks. If any additional information is required after the review, the NVC will notify the applicant (or the applicant’s agent).

Who will pay for that?

:-)

If that whas a business you can take them to court for that, just to let you know from auditor point of view :-)

ivana99, I was gonna ask for the same thing, if an earlier interview date is available because i am 20weeks pregnant & taking care of our 1st toddler too. Maybe i can call to see what dates they have. :) But my husband has manila plane ticket for Dec 8th, before his Dec 9 interview..

& you mean to say, by "i will print your visa now" They wont have to mail it like they usually do?

Hi Miacarmela.... Yes, you can call the embassy under immigrant visa as soon as your documents receive and reviewd by USEMBASSY Manila...also please check if your ceac is 'READY'. And the Call center will give you the open interview dates. Just tell your reasons for re-schedule. Or you may resched it via online at www.ustraveldocs.com/ph (if im not mistaken)

Apology for the confusion...the American consul tell me that quote 'i will print your visa now' with his smile because I know it is a joke 'coz it is impossible to get it during interview. The last window 71 told me that just go home and wait for your visa at home via 2go. When i check the ceac the night of 12 Nov 2013 it says 'Issued' and updated 13 of Nov. Hope it will help. God bless your interview.
