For example my priority date is not current is still my case is on process i mean it will not affected for the IL letter? Pls help guys thank you.

Even if you are already case complete but your priority date is NOT CURRENT, you will not receive I/L.

Your PD must be current AND you must be CC in order to get an interview letter.

Which case complete - the e-mail or actual case complete? The diference is around 1 week.

Present time for proccesing the queue is 17-18 business days this could go up or down depending on the input value.

Also it is diferent for F2A, IR1/CR1 and such. Calc it for yourself - 15oct -->5/6Nov.

Even if they have all documents AOS / IV they don't process it at the same time but send a checklist even though they accept toe first batch

In case this is last to be processed - IV for example - they don't send checklist. This is earliest sign that IV was approved (or AOS in case it is in the other one following).

Not only December.

Apple is hoping for December in order to get a visa.

You should hope for February one......

Consulate won't issue you a visa in case you don't have current PD.
