I updated my time line too prior to posting the earlier comment. Sorry if you can't see it yet. My PD is July 22. 2013. NVC received case on Oct10, case number assigned on 15th of Oct, AOS & IV fees paid on 17th Oct and DS 260 submitted on 22nd Oct and all documents received by NVC on 24th of Oct.
