Hi! We got a checklist today! Ahahaha. I have a couple of questions:

1. My husband is a full-time student and they asked him to submit an AOS. We didn't before bec. we thought the joint sponsor would suffice because he's a student. He definitely doesn't have an ITR. And we're thinking of getting a letter from his college stating that he is enrolled. Will they accept this?

2. Do the corrected AOS of the petitioner and joint sponsor need to be submitted in 1 package? Or can they be submitted in 2 (they're from different states)?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
