F2A filers waiting for CASE COMPLETION from NVC

When I filed the DS260 I didn't include the middle name in the given name's portion. I overlokked at the instruction regarding given name. 101% sure for a checklist.

There was a post here before regarding the same problem " forgot to include middle name in the DS260." If your passport has your middle name included on it, then, yes you have to put it in there or otherwise. Based on the information that I've read regarding this issue, you can resolve this problem by doing this.., update your DS261 first, then this will allow you to update your DS260 ( if not updated automatically after updating your DS261). I don't know if you used DS261 or DS3032 for your choice of agent. If you used DS260, try my suggestion. Hope this will help.

I am so anxious .. Although I have all the required legal documents .. enough supporting documents evidencing our relationship...But feeling little nervous.

Getting paranoid.. checking same documents everyday.. I dont want AP..........

Just wanna know everyone feeling the same????

also those documents for which Y is mentioned in interview letter (Y: The NVC sent this form or document to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate)

Is there any chance that interviewer ll ask for the copy at that at time of interview? as I dnt have copy of W2 of my father in law who is the joint sponsor. in my IL they have mentioned Y for financial evidence..

The More I read more confused I get….. NVC has no issues with my AOS …..

But I read the comments of people who were asked for a joint sponsor when petitioners 2012(or, most recent year) income was less than the Poverty line

but NVC processed their case because their Current income was sufficient. But then the Interviewing Officer gave them 221g asking for JOINT SPONSOR.

MY case :

I was a fulltime student till Summer 2013 just Graduated So my Income in 2012 is Not sufficient under poverty Guideline for household size 2.

However This year Since March 2013… I make more than enough money to be a Single Sponsor and I have my paystubs with all the money I made this year.

But Because of the reason given above I wanted to have a joint sponsor for my husband. So I prepared the I-864A Signed by my Father and Mother as Household members

Do they Sign I 864 too like Joint sponsors or Just I 864A each and I provide their most recent TAX return documents and W2 ????

Do I have to give more proof as to show that we live at the same address?????

Dont worry So much you will be fine. Same with me i check Documents like a million times

I read somewhere that the consulate has a copy center inside where you can take photo copies of documents for Rs. 3 each i guess. If i find the link again i will post it here.

Call the VFS office and Ask them if its true. May be old info....

if u filled up a ds261(choice of address or agent) before, you can edit there..all you have to do is indicate your middle name on your given name and it automatically generate on your ds260 coz i experienced that too but my case is still on review!!!

Yes, your Embassy will most likely ask you to do so. Ours requested it in the letter they sent via email, once they received our case from NVC.

Hi guys i received a second checklist today that me and my joint sponsors income don't meet the poverty rate guideline so i called nvc and a csr told me our income are close to PRG but i should get a second sponsor just in case to the interview. Can i use another household member as joint sponsor and what requirements do i need to take to the interview? Your answer will be greatly appreciated.
