im sorry about my first comment! i asked my sis in law who did the aos of my hubby..on part two alien reg number(5) should be N/A and date of birth(4)and citizenship(3) is for immigrant

- pictures of me and my husband together plus our children, wedding pic

- remittance slips (money allowance sent

to me by my husband

- husband's 2012 ITR and W

- Joint Sponsor's (my father-in-law) AND

HouseHold Members' (my mother-in-law

sister-in-law) 2012 ITR and W2

- photocopy of husband's GC (front & back)

- photocopy of JS and HHM US passports

- photocopy of husband's NSO BC (to

show father/son relationship to JSC
