F2A filers waiting for CASE COMPLETION from NVC

Good pm! I am new here I would like to ask if anyone of you had an attorney and if they are the one who filled up the DS 260, are they the one who will fill up the E-Signature or the applicant? Thanks.

I have a lawyer but I'm the one who filled up the DS260. I e-signed it without assistance of my lawyer. No issues.

I Have another questions about interview , I'm from Egypt but now working in Saudi Arabia , can I make the interview at Saudi Arabia? It depends if you put Saudi as your current address in the i-130 and g-325a.

also after the interview ,are they will take my passport or no? because I should renewal my work visa monthly in Saudi Arabia Yes, they will take your passport during the interview.

what should I do in this case? If your case is already at NVC, call them and ask in what consulate will your case be forwarded to.

My husband finished his Day 1 of medical exams today! Praying for great outcome with just immunizations required tomorrow!

Tell your wife to come early, my husband was there a little past 3am & he got #17. After getting a number at 430am, he ate breakfast quickly & went back! They started early, my husband got ahead of #s 11-16 (they are 1 family) because they probably didn't know that they would start before 7am & was still eating breakfast.. Hehe. I felt bad, but it's fine since my hubby is only 1 person. Hehehe. He finished before 10am or a little past 10am (he just texted me back a while ago)

Just make sure your wife brings any letter that has your MNL case #. I think apple mentioned medical is valid for 6 months. People in line will try to scare you saying you NEED an interview letter but i told my husband not to listen to them! Hahaha. Good luck to your wife.

Also, additional requirements are on the slec.ph website bring extra copies of everything, just in case.

Day 1 Sept 24: I was at SLEC 9:40 AM. Finished at 11:11 AM. I was told to come back at 8:30 AM for the results.

Day 2 Sept 25: Straight to immunization at 9:44 AM (I was late! ). Finished at 12:45 PM.

My husband finished his Day 1 of medical exams today! Praying for great outcome with just immunizations required tomorrow!

I was dragging my feet in Day 2 because I was so afraid of what the guard will stamp on my receipt. Good thing it was "Immunization".

They didn't give me a number. I just handed my paper/receipt to the people in-charge of the different procedures and I waited for my name to be called. I don't think they have a quota coz I'm sure they don't deal with just 70 customers a day.
