we Filed I130 at April 2013 , yesterday I paid IV bill but it still in progress , Can you provide me with next step and the document should I fill .

You need to photocopy the bio page. The one with the picture, name, date of birth etc...

Use short bond paper.

I Have another questions about interview , I'm from Egypt but now working in Saudi Arabia , can I make the interview at Saudi Arabia ?

also after the interview ,are they will take my passport or no ? because I should renewal my work visa monthly in Saudi Arabia . what should I do in this case ?

yeah u said CC smile.png congrats though. i also got a 2nd checklist which is exactly the same as my 1st checklist! so im worried wot to do abt it.. shud i just send wot i sent previusly.. i am also asked to bring my 2nd checklist at the interview bt havnt been appointed an interview date yet

hi,,,tnx for the reply apple21. im not yet file my petition for my husband yet because im waiting his birth certificate, photos, his filled up form G-325A. now i have question, im confused what are the requirements included in the form I-130? all i understand the requirements are I-130, both birth certificate, marriage certificate, both photographs, both form G-325A, photocopy of my green card and do I include the form G-1145??? thank u

hi,,,tnx for the reply apple21. im not yet file my petition for my husband yet because im waiting his birth certificate, photos, his filled up form G-325A. now i have question, im confused what are the requirements included in the form I-130? all i understand the requirements are I-130, both birth certificate, marriage certificate, both photographs, both form G-325A, photocopy of my green card and do I include the form G-1145??? thank u

BC is not a requirement for i-130 (spouse).

Yes, you can include the G-1145.
