plz guys; my interview will be in 07 november inch allah;for taxes should i bring with me just tax of 2010.2011 et 2012 not 2013 right??

i know a girl that she has checklist and nvc ask her to bring tax of 2013;so sould i bring me too tax of 2013 and avoid any problem or not??

Are you sure that's what they asked her for? They cannot ask for what's not available as the year hasn't ended as yet. Perhaps she meant 2012? ~~~

You have to ask NVC when is the exact date of your case completion, add 7 days to that and that's when you should have received the case complete email. You can refer to my signature below.

If its beyond that timeframe, you can ask NVC to send you the email.

2012 is the latest.

Filing of the 2013 ITR will start next year (2014). There's no way the petitioner can file 2013 ITR now.

Exactly. I think there's some sort of misunderstanding or something. Maybe they requested some pay stubs from 2013. *shrugs* ~~~

soory friends i have another question: for my interview should i bring
- Tax return transcripts ordered from IRS or 1040 and w2s.for the stage of nvc we send ax transcript from IRS.and i hear that some poeple who past the interview;they ask them for WS and 1040. so should i ask my husband to brin 1040 and Ws OR THE Copy of tax transcript from irs/we send the original to nvc.so the copy of this will be enough??plz help i m scared anad i want that all will be perfect in the interview inch allah and got my visa without any problem.
