Hi everyone :)

I mailed my civil documents and the AOS package on the 8th of October.

called NVC yesterday and they told me they were entered into the system on the 10th and 11th of October.

From everyones comments on their checklists i see 10 checklists coming smile.pngsmile.pngsmile.png

If not i guess that means i'm looking at an interview not earlier than february given the 30 business days wait!

I just hope the visa numbers hold up! cray5ol.gif

Ours got completed yesterday October 17, 2013. Call NVC, yours might also be completed yesterday.

Guys I have a question. My last year income was $16000 so I add my parents income which is $26000 total for both. After I add all three income it is $42000. I got a new job in may2013. so my current expected individual annual income should be $36000 plus my parents income which is $26000 so total will be around $62000. Now the main thing is my expected annual salary is rise from $36000 to $50000 this month. so if I add me and my parents income it should be around $50000+$26000=$76000. My question is if consular officer will ask for another sponsor at the time of interview and if I send current employment letter with expected annual income $50000 and the beneficiary shows that letter to consular officer, the consular office will be agree with that or not? What you guys think about that. Please reply.

In total how many is your total household size? so i am assuming 1 for your beneficiary, plus 2 your parents then you, ... so your total household size is 4 and the poverty guideline for that household size of 4 is 29,437... your first total income of42,000.00 can suffice that. My AOS income was so closed at the cut off of poverty guideline- 2k dollars difference but I submitted complete documents to support all data.

but if you want to make sure that you wont have any problem in case the consul officer wants to ask for other sponsor, i guess your new total income can help as long as you have paper to support your addiditional income. Employment letters, Pay stubs- before and new pay stubs would be great.... plus of course accomplish a new i864 with your new income and let your beneficiary bring it during the interview.
