Atleast,you must know how much you are making per month right?If so,multiply your monthly income by 12 , it will give you your total annual income. Or the best thing to do is to get an employment verification letter from your employer and ask them to state your annual salary in the letter.Just put that amount in the form and send it to NVC.

It looks like you are referring to the individual annual income currently right?

Ok but, but. I agree with Beatka, how you will know? It is not so simple like you said it. YOu can get diferent bonuses or some additional income.

I really don't think that NVC will send the checklist because they don't like the current income.

My analitical mind says something else - In case the delta between the 2012 tax income and the current income in the form varays alot - then this could be alarm for them and could want additional verification...

@ Beatka - I did the same as you and I don't have checklist - so be calm.

My antisipated current income though is around my 2012 tax income so in case your delta is not huge, you will be good

@ Beatka - I did the same as you and I don't have checklist - so be calm. (Total income and adjusted income are one and the same for me(1040EZ))

Initially I was referring to section 19 since I thought he was confused with the adjusted gross income.or total income from most recent year tax return.I got a checklist on that case but looks like he is referring to section 18,it could be an approximate value and a minimal delta should be acceptable,but I am not so sure about it.So looks like its all good and there is very little reason to panic.Cheers!!!!! 08/19/2013: Received I864/DS3032 via e-mail

08/19/2013: Paid I864 bill

08/19/2013: Sent I864 package

08/20/2013: I864 package delivered

08/22/2013: I864 entered into System for Review.

08/29/2013: Received IV bill

08/29/2013: Paid IV bill.

09/03/2013: Sent IV package

09/04/2013: IV Package Delivered

Guys,I got a checklist today.It was regarding the income section on I-864 form.I put my adjusted gross income over there as the form states.I mean , the checklist says,the recent income section does not correspond to the recent IRS transcript.So , now are they asking me to put the total income instead of the adjusted gross income and resubmit the form again?

I had checklist for exactly the same stuff.

How long it takes for case completion after you submit the ds 260 form?

I think it depends on AOS,IV packages submission coz I submitted my aos checklist on sep 25 and ds 260 on oct 8, NVC said u have to count 30 business days starting from sep 25 .. Wish u the best !!

After the approval of Aos and ds261 form they sent me IV fee invoice. I submitted ds 261 today and will mail civil documents tomorrow. Does it take another 20 business days? My documents were approved in 20 business days even though they said 30

Yes I guess u have to start counting another 30 business days !! Hope they take less though !!!

Let see if I will have chacklist. I hope non .My income vary every week plus I have overtime.It's not easy to know how I will make end of the year.Thanks Texas star for the support.....

Hi I am new to the thread. I recently got my NOA2.

Just wanted to know how long does it take my case transfer to NVC and then getting case Number?

And I read many times that I have to call NVC to get my case transfer to NVC quickly is it so?
