Can somebody help me with this? So i got a checklist and all I needed to send them is the coversheet that they send me in the email, all 5 pages of the email that they sent and a new i864 right?

Yup a the 5 pages making sure the barcode one is on top, and then send them the form again corrected. I didn't have to send them a corrected form b/c what was on my form was correct - they just wanted me to explain why I didn't have any income in 2012 or provide them with a tax return - so I sent them my empty tax return for 2012

Haha ate actually my husband just forgot part 6 no. 10 total household income. Thats just about it

Yup seems like it - also make sure you call them and discuss with them the change you will be making to the form and ask them is there anything else that I need. Just in case you never know with the NVC they might just waste your 4 weeks and send you another checklist for a typo

Sure, I'm always active in this forum. So far, I haven't got a checklist and I hope it stays that way.

Nope. I called them and they told me my IV documents are complete and that I just need to submit the AOS checklist and then my case will be completed.

Kai26, I believe that those in checklist marked with "x" must be corrected. Contact NVC for clarification.

The are nine pages in I-864. Make sure that you have nine pages in your I-864.

I called them 4x already since yesterday and they told me all I needed to correct is part 6 item no.10 . Im gonna call again later just to be 100% sure before I send the i864 in the morning. Thank you!

This is the checklist email that I got.

Then on the next page is the AOS checklist.

I called NVC and they said that my IV package is complete and there are no lacking documents.
