F2A filers waiting for CASE COMPLETION from NVC

My Case has been completed at NVC yesterday and the lady told me that I will receive interview letter in early November and the interview will be scheduled in DEC month if the PD will match. She basically told me that they are scheduling interviews in first 2 weeks of the month .

Today is my 15th Business day after entering AOS checklist into system for review. Not sure I should call today or tomorrow to hear the case is documentarily completed. What you guys think?

There is no harm in calling them few times a week. I some times call them 2 times a day so you should just call them .

I might call one more time in next few hours and then try tomorrow. Worst case it should be completed on 18th which is I think cutoff to get Interview letter in first week of November for Interview date in December.

I know how frustrating it is and how you feel but to be honest ,NVC representative can only see the status of the application and if they don't see taht it has been completed, they will just say that u have to wait for 30 business days.

hey guys, i have a question...i got that my case was completed ages ago..i submitted the ds230..but i read somewhere that the embassies and nvc are no longer accepting the ds230..is it ok if i filled out the ds260 and submit it..just in case?

Were you told by NVC or your Embassy to filled out the new DS260? If not, then don't do it. Doing so would re-open your case and could further delay the process.

I called NVC today.... the operator told me that my AOS was already completed and okay, no checklist... thank God.

I hope I will get update on our IV Documents .. will call them again on Friday.

AOS- sent Sept 19, entered to system Sept 23, completed Oct 16

NVC has completed the review of this case. However, our review of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form and supporting documents that you have submitted indicates that there is still some missing documentation.

We are sending you the attached checklist, which indicates which documents are still missing. You should obtain these documents and forward them to the visa applicant so they may be presented at the final interview. The applicant must present all required forms and documents, including the missing items to the Consular officer at the visa interview.

Please pay specific attention to questions marked in the attached I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A checklist.

Failure to present the missing items indicated and/or to make the necessary corrections at the visa interview could result in a denial or delay in obtaining a visa for the sponsored applicant.

If you need a new I-864 form, please visit the Department of State website at the following address: www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and read the Affidavit of Support (I-864) instructions. From there you can fill out the form online and print it to send to the visa applicant for the interview.

Yes you're case is completed and you should submit the whole form completed whether it is i-864, i-864a, or i-864ez includind missing documents at the time of the interview. Congrats

Today case status changed to "Ready". Also, today we got email from our Consulate regarding intrview procedure and what should we bring. They also mentioned that beneficiary should fill the DS-260 online. We planned to do it anyway after medical, but it is now requested officialy

I paid ds 260 form. Now wot shud I do next? Sent the civil doc or wait for it to be showed paid then mail the documents... And also when do I fill the ds 260 form, after it shows paid or I can fill and submit now?
