F2A filers waiting for CASE COMPLETION from NVC

plz can somebody help me? my case approved 9/25/13 and im waiting for case number now i have all documents that i used when i filed last year can i use the same ones or do i have to get a new one and do the translate again? im talking about my married certificate and birth crtf and passport copy with translate i still have them since last year can i use them for next process with nvc plz help with information i dont wanna get checklist ? thanks every body and good luck.

yes u shud use those ones only of whom u sent copies for ur i-130. now ull have to send originals plus copies of the same documents.

thank you uKp88 for your help. i do have the originals of all those document but i'm afraid they may ask me to send new ones and its so hard t get all these document again from my country take long time . thanks again and good luck .

After paying the AOS fees, is NVC contacting us again or shall we just complete and send I-864?

I wonder, because it's almost three weeks since we paid and nothing from NVC yet.

go ahead and send in the affidavit of support i864 and the supporting documents..

they wont contact u again unless u got a checklist...or when they send u the invoice for the ds260 (application for immigrant visa)

Don't you think I have to wait for the request from the NVC?

Once NVC "requested" that you pay the AOS fee of $88, that's also the cue to send in the AOS package.

Don't forget to include the AOS cover sheet. Send it ASAP.

Yes, once you can access the DS260, you can fill it up. After paying the IV fee of $230, you can mail the beneficiary's civil documents to NVC via courier, don't forget to include the IV cover sheet.

Hey APPLE21

Ok all is done for NVC now , with the NEW photos and the new MOC ( just got it from the court ) so photos went off on friday and this morning i went to our court here and got NEW MOCwith their OFFICIAL SEAL /STAMP on it and forwarded it to the attorney so it can reach NVC tomorrow.

So here go's to NOT getting a 4th checklist.

Considering i sent Photos on Friday - i checked the tracking just and they are already in NY ready for posting to NVC. Come lets me get CC now pleaseeee.
