got the email for I/L today from last night's call with NVC... so excited! gudluck everyone!

hi everyone,

just a curious question about CEAC status... still "AT NVC"...

Do we have any estimated number of days based on past files / experiences on tracking the physical case from NVC to Manila Embassy?

Impatiently waiting for "READY" status in CEAC... bbbrrr...

In response to you all asking what this one is about here is my reply - sad.pngsad.pngsad.png

They want now a letter from the court for my DD offence in the year 2000. i HAVE ALREADY GIVEN THIS TO MY ATTORNEY in USA.

Weather she sent it or not i have no idea, however they want one with a seal on it. Our court here said what i had paid them for they had then sent the memorandum of conviction and that is it. Nvc NOT HAPPY WITH JUST A STAMP that says i certify this extract to be a true copy !!!.

So as a back up i had already requested a SAR = subject access report from the Police along with police certificate obviously.

So now i am sending to them all this and also a written letter explaining why now they will receive more than one copy of my photos etc, due to them sending email yesterday and another one today .

And yes everyone i have made sure case number is on EVERYTHING .

Now i am very very very fed up with this process. sad.png

Please those of you whom do pray. pray for me too. ty .

I got a checklist for 261 form, which I think I have not made any mistake. I put my husbands name as a choice of agent. Now I got a checklist indicating that I need to fill 261 form as they need it in embassy and also send the doc with cover sheet . But in my understanding isn't it a online form and why they need it in embassy. Furthermore my husband receives an IV fee invoice email but can't make a payment. I don't understand......

Looks like NVC is telling you to keep a print out of the form DS-261 that you have submitted already.Embassy might have a look at the print out during the time of interview..The documents they are referring might be for the AOS.You need to fill out I-864 from your sponsor,send his irs transcript,pay stubs,after you make a payment of 88 dollars as AOS fees.Once the status of AOS payment is Paid,then you print out the cover sheet and put the cover sheet on top of the AOS supporting documents to be sent to NVC.

If you think you have done all of these as I mentioned than...something else might be going on which I am not aware of.Other folks will jump in for more clarification.

NOA1 hard copy: never received due to address error

06/12/2013: NOA2

06/17/2013: NOA2 hard copy

06/17/2013: NVC received our case

06/28/2013: Case number assigned

07/01/2013: Sent DS3032 via email

07/03/2013: Recieved i864/DS3032

07/03/2013: Payed i864 bill

07/06/2013: Sent i864 package

07/08/2013: i864 package delivered

07/16/2013: Sent DS3032 via email second time (supervisor review)

07/17/2013: Rejected DS3032. We did a typo!!! Sent correct DS3032.

07/29/2013: Checklist for AOS

08/01/2013: DS3032 accepted

08/02/2013: Sent response to AOS checklist

08/02/2013: IV fee paid, IV package sent

08/05/2013: NVC received reply to AOS checklist and IV package

08/30/2013: AOS accepted

09/03/2013: Case complete

09/04/2013: Second AOS checklist that has to be taken to an interview

09/10/2013: Email notification about case being complete

10/02/2013: IL received

10/11/2013: Case status changed to "In Transit"

10/14/2013: Passed medical exam

10/16/2013: Case status changed to "Ready", received email from Consulate regarding interview procedure

10/22/2013: Filled DS-260 online

11/18/2013: Interview date. Approved

11/21/2013: Passport with visa picked-up
