F2A filers waiting for CASE COMPLETION from NVC

Yes you got checklisted on EXACTLY as i did Apple21 , i sent photos in too as you did with my original I-130. Now they said to my husband they want 2 more phots due to case number NOT being on back of photos.. This is a complete mess with them . they are hand picking who can go to usa and who can't , and making life difficult for us who want to be so desp with our spouse.

Perhaps you misunderstood what they requested? Yes, passport-size photos (one of you and one of your husband) were attached to each G-325A form when you sent in ure I-130 petition to USCIS.

Now ure at NVC stage, so ure husband is required to send in two (2) MORE passport-size photos for processing of his immigrant VISA.

Did you send copies to NVC already and they are asking for photos AGAIN? ~~~

Sent to USCIS not to NVC i dont believe, he just rang attorney and she said she was told we would have to take them interview so he was mislead .. trying desp to sort this out right now. it is pics of me they want and like i said already sent to uscis i do believe. but hubby and attorney desp trying to ring nvc but they already told hubby it is another checklist

@Justoleme, yes, yes, you are the beneficiary...my bad. So this is where the confusion came in. NVC needs two (2) photos of you. I'm not sure if ure embassy allows you to take the photos with you at the time of ure interview.

Where I'm from, we don't have to submit all those docs that are usually requested in advance to NVC. Sometimes we're allowed to just submit them at the time of the interview. It depends on the type of documentation though.

I hope you get a definite answer soonest. In the meantime, I'd get those passport photos organized. ~~~

they dont know God over there they only obey to the might lord of bureaucracy

im just so frustrated by the whole damn thing haha i can apply for citizen in few more months so ####### screw it

yu know they send me a fuckin checklist for leaving a State blank ?

we dont have fuckin States in Egypt

when i told them they said pUT NA

those fuckin NA letters cost me 2 months of delay

till now no visa appointmnet

and teh uS embassy in Cairo is interviewing people from allover the world leaving egyptians out

i ve had it

you know what i visite dmy wife for 3 days celebrated my anniversary

last week

they wont fuckin break me i hope they enjoy the proximity of their loved ones with clear conscious

Yes should of been allowed to take then to Interview but hey ho now they say not so... Sod them they can shove it. He will have to live in UK with me , and besides i wont be under martial law and obama ruling me a british citizen.

I know how you feel but i would rather die at home than in another countryy - and of course obama has it all set up . go on you tube and watch it all ... it is all ready to go . them Fema camps and all them plastic coffins the whole lot is ready , why do you think he has bought in martial law., i would think twice about going there, get your other half to love in your place of abode.

You hold a Philippine passport right? So, yes, you will need to get an NBI clearance AND the Singapore police cert.

Thanks. Actually my wife is the primary applicant and she got a hit from NBI 10 days to release the clearance.
