I'm trying to come into the same conclusion but it's the third time I start counting from 0 again sad.png each time I say it's almost over and something happens sad.png I hope this would be the last time I hear 20-30 business days !!!

I really do hope and pray i do not get another checklist :( and that i get CC. its this length of 20-30 days that gets to me !!!

Cheer up. Look at our list, lots of people who have filed before you are still not done. Find strength in them. Even I had been in this journey longer than you but I still manage not to lose it. dancin5hr.gif

But we already sent the photos in and they did not even ask for these in the last check list. I dont want to go through it anymore , USA is not that special to me so my husband can come live here with me. :(:(:(

Yeah... immigrating to the UK is easier. I have friends there and they were quite appalled by how long the process is for USA.

Its a joke apple21 , an absolute joke. I cannot understand why they did NOT ask for more photos when they sent us checklist on 9th sept. when you was asked for checklist did you have to send more photos in ??? because i don't remember you saying you had to ??.

They are just making up bullshit checklists .

I love UK anyway and only want to be there for my husband other than that i dont give two hoots for the USA. Especially now they are going into Marshall Law.

Yes you got checklisted on EXACTLY as i did Apple21 , i sent photos in too as you did with my original I-130. Now they said to my husband they want 2 more phots due to case number NOT being on back of photos.. This is a complete mess with them . they are hand picking who can go to usa and who can't , and making life difficult for us who want to be so desp with our spouse.

Ohhh.

I wrote my case #, full name and date of birth at the back of my visa photos. It was something I learned from my husband's F2B petition (filed for him by his father).

SENT in orgianls with I - 130 and our attorney surely would have put i-30 case number on back . !!! mY husband is waiting to speak to her when office opens up . sad.png
