Today, I received IV fee invoice. Checklist cover sheet with following instruction. We already filled the DS-261. Do we missing here anything?

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________

The Embassy/Consulate where you will be interviewed requires you to submit an electronic form

DS-261 (Choice of Address and Agent) which can be found at:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_5165.html. This form tells the National Visa Center

how to contact the principal applicant during the immigrant visa application process. A parent or

guardian may submit the form if the principal applicant is under the age of sixteen.

You may act as your own agent, or you may register your petitioner, a family member or foriend, an

attorney or other immigrant assistance professional, or anyone else you trust to represent you. The NVC

strongly recommends that you register an agent with e-mail capability and a postal delivery address in

the United States because postal service can be unreliable in some parts of the world.

The principal applicant must notify us of his/her choice before we can continue processing this case

This is a complete joke with NVC, all the cases they inputted 2 days before mine and even 3 weeks after mine have all been CC complete, the day before mine and the day on mine being inputted by date NOT ONE case has been CC. Oh i am so upset right now its is so sad, My husband is phoning to speak to a supervisor right now. its like they have missed completley 2 days out !!!!!! ;(((((((((((((((((

This is the norm in busy embassy like teh UK and Egypt

they wil stall and stall and stall till dates becomes available and then send the CC and then buy more time to delay the interview

its not the NVC alone both the NVC and embassy are in it together

No they have completed all others this week for the UK they have just totally missed out these days !!!!! not one being CC. I am sooo upset right now, he is waiting for a call back from a supervisor !!! and he wont hold his breath on that either, they have said before they would call him back but didnt. ((((

when he calls inisist on a supervisor but with my experiencre both operators and supervisors arent case workers they just dont know a on whats happening they just look up the file and answer like parrots

He has insisted that a supervisor calls him back , this is second time through out our case he has requsted this due to not one being available at the time of the call. Hmmm well like the first time they didnt call so i dont expect them to now either.

What a shambles this is - i mean how can they just totally skip 2 days and do all others before and after!!!.

Their system absolutely sucks !!!

It is so frustrating yes to see all around your date everyone else got CC and i swear someone just threw those 2 days in a draw !!! (( Anyways nothing i can do but let NVC do as they please and keep us away from one- another.

Can you please share your timeline? Please let us know when was your AOS and IV documents were mailed and when they entered into system for review.
