Hi Guys

I sent an email to embassy about my interview schedule and i asked them when they will schedule me an interview and this is what they respond.. Anyone have any idea whats going on?

Btw i put my correct nvc case# on there.

Dear Sir / Madam,

After a thorough search of our files, we are unable to locate a record/file at our office under the case number given in your e-mail. It appears that your file is in the line at National Visa Center to receive an appointment date. You may contact the National Visa Center at NVCINQUIRY@STATE.GOV to inquire about the status of this file.

Got my checklist on 12th Sept, returned and received at NVC on 15th Sept, put into system on 17th. We cannot count weekends in our days of waiting as it is business working days.

Today is my 15th day. Waiting eagerly for the outcome of the call that my husband will make to them later today. :)

Yes afraid so - another 20 -30 days now , i know it sucks as we are sill waiting on ours too !!!

It was rejected coz of absence of detailed addresses and the problem is that in my country we don't have addresses like in USA, I mean no house numbers and so on :( are u sure it's 20-30 days cz I saw some accepted in less than a week over here ...

yes up to 30 days again, believe me i know exactly how you feel . Cheer up it will soon go if you keep yourself busy .

but look a friend over here as I can see on his timeline, he submitted his ds on sep 10 and got cc on sep 26 so not even 15 days .. Or I'm trying to be positive :(
