It depends on the exact date of case completion, if you made it to NVC's cut-off or not. They used to give out I/L every last week of the month but for October, they sent out I/L on the 2nd and 3rd day.

We have a list here that you can study and analyze.

Got the case complete status email! Exactly after 7 days.

We haven't received any email regarding our case completion. Do I need to worry? CC date is Sept 26.

Interviews for November are already scheduled.

For December interviews, NVC will release I/L either last week of October or first week of November.
