Can you please tell us if AOS/IV documents were entrted into system on Sep 12 or they were mailed on Sep 12?

If you mailed on SEP 12 then earliest they would put in the system for review would be SEP 17.

Hello everyone. When I logged in at ceac, on the iv fee, before it was showing not available, now it is saying not paid. When I click pay, there is $0 iv fee. I didn't receive any email from NVC saying that our choice of agent had been accepted. Anyone who experienced this? Thank you
