I'm a joint sponsor for my mother and my question is pertains to Household Members.

In Part 5. Sponsor Household size

Person not sponsored in this affidavit

2. Yourself - should I count myself as a household member? The problem in this form is, I am not able to enter the number in pdf and the box is gray. Is this mean that I still need to include myself even I can't enter the number? Can somebody try to check the form?
