Karachif2a:

sorry I was late for reply. My wife had a Interview on Oct 23. She have been approved.

Its took exactly 15 months and 13 days to completed the case from I 130 filed and get approved for a Visa.

There were general questions asked, no documents requested. Interview last for 5 to 7 mins that about it.

Good Luck!

Congrats Kashif

My wife's interview is on the 19th of next month - quick question - did your wife do it in English or Urdu, my wife is a doc in AKU so I'm just wondering whether or not the lang will make a difference b/c she feels more comfortable talking in Urdu.

i called DOS Yesterday to inquire about my case status and lady told me that my wife's case is pending at Embassy, i dont know what does it means

can any one tell me about this? plz tell me

It's been 70 days my wife is in AP

At the time of interview CO told my wife that she is approved n will get visa in 10 days

if they planned to put her in this AP then why he said that to my wife that she'll get vissa in 10 days?

it is ridiculous

Kamraan, what does your case status say when you check it on the ceac website? Does it say AP, ready or issued?
