seria chevere compartir la experiencia de las entrevistas en la Embajada de Bogotá como preguntas¿ tipo de evidencias que les requirieron etc etc etc. documentos que se deben llevar los detalles para tener mas conocimiento en este gran y final paso.

Will be nice to share the diferents in the interviews at the Colombian Embassy in Bogotá like Questions? what kind of evidences we have to bring and was required at the moment of the interview etc etc etc etc. Documents that we have to bring all the details to have more knowledge in this great and final step.

  • 10/15/2013 - visa has been printed. If you see AP in any moment don't have panic Lol. Was in my status all the morning this day!
  • 10/17/2013 - Received e-mail telling me that my visa was at DHL BOGOTA, COL
  • 10/21/2013 - VISA GIVEN
  • 10/23/2013 - 165 dol PAID
  • 10/25/2013 - FINALLY USA, FL God is Huge!!!!! FLL
  • 10/28/2013 - SOCIAL application
  • 10/29/2013 - SOCIAL number
  • 11/03/2013 - card in hand ssn
  • 11/xx/2013 - GREEN CARD

les quiero preguntar algo se que esta el minimo de pobresa para lo de la forma i-134


y se que puedes buscar a alguien que llene con tigo esa forma


mi pregunta es esta en los blancos que hay si se a dado el caso de que en el primer blanco


se ponga un 18mil y que en propiedades hay 17,500.00 y que en cuenta bancaria hay 4,375.00


sifras de ejemplo claroooooo esta pero les pregunto con sifras como estas la visa puede ser aprovada?


o es necesario que en el primer blanco aiga un numero mayor a 19mi



segunda pregunta de no ser empleado de una empresa y no tener la w2


solo tener lo del irs y los taxes de hacienda no hay problemas??? o necesitan algo mas?? soy empleada independiente birndo mis servicios a una empreza


pero ellos no llenan mi w2



tersera pregunta mi ayuda economica trabaja en el gobierno por ende la persona no llena irs que son taxes federales


solo llena w2 y taxes de hacienda necesita una carta del irs de que no rinde taxes federales porque trabaja para el gobierno ?

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!

February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!

April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
