Mother and sister reside in Mexico. They both had tourist Visa(B1/B2), my sisters visa was taken from her because she over stayed a couple of times and then was sent back to Mexico. She was sent back from the airport when she tried to enter the country again. My mothers visa was also taken from her, at the border. She would go back and forth a lot and eventually it was too much i suppose. It has bees been over 5 years since this happened. They stayed in Mexico but have tried to file for visas again with no luck.

I've had my Resident card for almost a year(Obtained through marriage to a US citizen), we are still together. I don't know if that matters when trying to help family. What are my options, as far as helping my mother and sister come to the US???

Any tips, links or comments are welcome.

hi

none for now, you have to be a USC to file for parents and siblings

for your sister it takes more than 16 years of waiting.

so first you have to become a USC, then you can think of your family

the only way for your mom is a tourist visa and depending on your sister's age, a student visa
