  1. 1. I have a gun on my person. Am I looking for trouble?

    • Yes. You cannot carry a gun unless you are looking for trouble.
    • No. You can carry a gun and go about your everyday business.
    • Maybe. You might do more vigilante style profiling than normal.

one post removed and one quoting.

i'm quite certain members can post without making judgments about another member's mental state.

Charles, you could've removed the mental state comment without deleting the entire post, you do it all the time. Guns!!

I wasn't talking about you. Don't be a narcissist.

are you calling me a derogatory word? Just want to be clear ?

I'm still in shock that anyone would deliberately dine in a place where they feel the need to carry a gun. I can't say I would enjoy a meal in those circumstances, call me peculiar, but I prefer to relax and enjoy myself on a night out.

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

i thought we were not supposed to be so paranoid that we alter our daily habits ?

Now you tell me I can't go eat at our Philippine wives favorite eating joint.

The place is right next to the interstate and has a lot of hotels and behind a McDonalds, next door to a Wal*mart

Not so bad I would not go there, .but i do carry when I hit that side of town.

Would you not get on a boat because, any boat increases your chance of drowning as opposed to staying on dry land. Kind of like saying I would not get on a boat if my child had to wear a life preserver.

The fact that you would put your wife's life in danger like that is disturbing to me to say the least. I love and care for my wife too much to put her in that type of situation. I would never go anywhere that I thought I needed a gun for safety.

How ironic that you admit to this behavior in the thread titled:

I'm carrying a gun - Am I looking for trouble?

The answer is most definitely yes.

a lack of retrospect on the part of the poster does not equate to a requirement for me to salvage one's post.

I carry a gun because a cop is too heavy.

Not a requirement, just an extension of courtesy, you and the other mods do it all the time. But I get it, it's one of your gun buddies, no problem.

Notice how quickly action was taken. That's a rarity around here. You really struck a nerve.
