Hi, my fiancé wants to know when she should pay the fee? We don't have a case number yet. should she wait until closer to the interview? Im lost on this one. I was under the impression that I payed the fee. But I guess it makes more since for her to pay it there. Anyone know?

I believe she has to pay the fee at a bank that is specified by the embassy in your area. You should try to look at the embassy website for more information. Also, it will tell you in packet 3 where to take care of everything. You can not pay it without a case number to my understanding.

Thanks for the reply. yes, she did say she would pay it at the bank, so I guess she is ok there. but is packet 3 the one she receives? hopefully we will get our case number soon and we can get things moving a little.

chase down the instructions at ustraveldocs.com after making an account there.

ultimately - pay, then self-schedule online. Note - without a GUZ Casefile number, issued by NVC, doing stuff isn't possible after USCIS approval.
