Today, my advance parole document was returned as undeliverable. i haven't moved and i'm always at home when (and if) the mail is delivered. this makes me so mad and it isn't the first time usps has f**** up. they "opened a case" or something like that and they should mail me a new card around august 6th. i'm so mad. has it happened to anyone?

Make sure your name, as it appears on your USCIS applications, is actually written/labeled ON your mailbox. I hear postmen are obligated to return "sensitive info" mail to the sender if the recipient's name is not explicitly stated on the mailbox. It's what happened to my fiancee's Social Security card the first time around. Then we applied for a replacement card and in the mean time added her name onto the mailbox and it got delivered.

Check with USPS about the returned mail and call the USCIS and ask to speak to a tier 2 immigration officer that has access to your account information. The tier one folks that answer the phone cannot help you. Ask the tier 2 IO about returned mail and check to make sure your address is correct in their system.
