This sounds similar to the procedure for the US Embassy in Manila. I had to print a form called the fee deposit slip (available online). This requires the case number and some other info. Then I had to take it to a specific bank to pay the visa fee then the bank returned the deposit slip with a receipt printed on it. The bank transmits the info to the USEM and in my case, I was able to schedule the interview (biometrics done right at the interview) online after 8 or 9 hours of payment.

Congrats! Since you now have your case #, you can print the visa fee slip, go to BPI and pay $240, wait at least 8 hours, then schedule your interview. Good luck!

Our NOA2 has this dates Nov 20, 2013 to March 19, 2014

if I booked the date for April 15, 2014 would it still be valid?
