My I-485 case status is in acceptance while I-130, 131, 765 are in initial review.

For I-485 , its showing "On August 29, 2013, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Your case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location."

Transferring to National Benefits Center .. is it part of the process for AOS ? is there anything to worry about ?

finally got my biometric appointment today scheduled for 9/19 but i am tryna do a walk in on moday. but i have a question do i bave to go to the one on the letter or can i just go to the one closest to me?

My case status showed that it is in acceptance until my actual biometrics date. On the day of my scheduled biometrics, it moved to Testing and Interview so don't worry about it being in Acceptance.

My case (and I guess for anyone doing AOS), the case is processed at the NBC (hence the MSC receipt number)

I sent in my AOS (adjusting from F-1) and it was delivered on 8/23 according to USPS. Still haven't received any notifications... Should I worry? I'm just worried I sent it to the wrong address or something because I feel like most people who sent it around my time already got NOA...

12/30/2014 - EAD received

01/06/2014 - I-94 Approved!!!!!
02/06/2014 - Interview (had to go back to civil surgeon to re-do paperwork and make sure this time he signs it. Took care of it that very same day and dropped it off at the USCIS office the following morning.
02/14/2014 - Green card received!!!

you should get a bio metrics appointment letter a little over a week after you receive the noa1. in the mail

1 month after bio metrics you usually get your work permit/ap card in the mail is a combo card now i think.

depends if you got no rfe or not

green cards can take about 6 months after boimetrics appointment it depends how busy they are

2013-09-17 (Day 25) biometrics appointment day @2pm Detriot

2013-09-25 (Day 33) received text and email , I485 changed to testing and interview

2013-10-02 (Day 40) received text message and email @7am about my interview date
