Hi guys so sad. Got bad news I was found Inadmissible due to crime of moral turpitude. I had my interview last month and feared this will happen. Was told to file i601 waiver. I don't kn if it will work. I feel so discouraged. Was young and made mistakes. Now I hav a wife and baby that need me. I fee like giving up.

I'm sorry for the bad news. Don't give up. If you can, just file the waiver and see what happens. Also, if you haven't already, try to retain a lawyer. It may be a lot but just remember you are doing it for your family.

08 2003 - Started dating.

05 2004 - Moved in together.

07 2007 - Got engaged.

06-26-2013 - DOMA declared unconstitutional. Finally.

08-15-2013 - Married.


08-19-2013 - AOS Package sent to Chicago Lockbox. (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)

08-21-2013 - Received by USCIS.

08-26-2013 - USCIS Acceptance Confirmation via email and text message for I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131.

after getting an RFE at the interview, finally got the "your card is in production" message on Saturday. Now the last wait before this part of the journey is over :)

Glad to see that Florida is moving. Utah is really bringing up the rear now. :( I've been in testing and interview since Sept 11, 2013, which is over 3 months now. Seeing you get your date gives me hope! At least this shows that some offices have not started the Christmas vacation already. ;)

Keep us posted.

I applied 23.Aug I as pretty sure I couldnt receive any notification after new year eve... But I had to send the change of address I think that make them to re activate the case...because right after they send me the notification ...

Congatulations biggrin.png Finally at least you know when your appointment is, I know that the wait can be very frustrating. Just make sure you take everything that it asks for on the notice (even if you already submitted it). Good luck.
