Still waiting for the interview date, 6 weeks and 2 days since "testing and interview".... it's driving me nuts....

I understand your frustration. We are in the same boat. I know that my office is NOT that busy. The system just isn't functioning to its optimum potential. It shouldn't take this long to schedule interviews. :( In a week it will have been 2 months since we moved to testing and interview.

But what can one do? Wait and twiddle our thumbs. :)

Yes the system is completely broken, but that's no big news unfortunately... Hopefully you'll here from them soon ;)

I think you guys should contact your congressman and have them find out what's going on.

05 2004 - Moved in together.

07 2007 - Got engaged.

06-26-2013 - DOMA declared unconstitutional. Finally.

08-15-2013 - Married.

Hi, I am also in NY, and I have been waiting for an interview since October 1st. I don't know what's going on. If everyone is experiencing delay, it would be understandable. But the fact is, some people do, and some don't!

My EAD/AP was mailed today. But I didn't receive any tracking number.

On November 1, 2013, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
