Experts, please help me.
Here is my situation.

My spouse is a GC holder, we couldn't filed together as I was in India when my spouse got GC. I came on L1 visa and still working with my employer. He filed my I 130 in Feb and I 485, I 765, I 131 in Aug 2013. I 130 got approved, just received my EAD/AP combo card and my interview for I 485 is scheduled on Nov 7. Hoping to get my GC also approved.

Once my case is approved, I am no longer on my L1 visa. Do I need to inform my employer? It is a long term project and can I continue with the same project with same employer? How it is going to work as I will be coming out of my visa status?

Please advise and thanks in advance for your help.

Thank you for information . That was really helpful.

It's nothing to worry about. My I130 went from approved to the same stage as yours. It looks like a lot of people hit the same stage as you did. It should soon get approved. Even if it doesn't get approved before your interview, it will get approved after.

My I 130 status is the same as yours but my AOS was approved. Don't worry about it and just go for your interview! Good luck!

Got email this morning that my ead have been mailed. Since my ap was approved before does this mean that it's a combo card? And since I didn't get a tracking num when should I expect it?

Yes, it will be a COMBO card.

They probably will just mail you GC without interview in that case.

Nothing strange about that, Green Card applications typically take 6-9 months for those not found in need of an interview.

Experts, please help me.
Here is my situation.

Please advise and thanks in advance for your help.

I am no expert but my guess is you should inform your employer that you are no longer in L1 status. I can't think of any reason why notifying them would have an adverse effect on your job. You should be able to work as usual.

But notifying them is important because, let's say you are one of those non-resident aliens who are exempt from paying Social Security and Medicare taxes. As a LPR you are going to be required to pay those taxes so notifying your employer will allow them to update you in their system and get you started on paying those taxes. I'm pretty sure there are other reasons too but I just can't think of any more right now. But yea, I think you should tell them.

Good luck on your interview BTW. I was reading up about the Jacksonville office and it seems to have positive reviews so hopefully you'll have a smooth interview.

Did you preparing the joint name for papers?

my interviewers he want to joint names for all the papers.

As you know we don't have much... so than..

When you go to interview don't forget the your house keys... (both of guys..each own keys..)

I just think about how was my interview....

IC asked us, show him to proof of home keys like...:)

yah! tat was so Lol hahahahahaha right? hahahahaha i was so panic what he said hahahaha...

but my IC he had a sense of humor so when i got nervous he make me so comfortable like this situations.. so lucky..for me.

+ we have joint name for lease contract, car insurance, cell phones..

He asked us Joint name for health insurance (*my husband explain about why i can't add name on there,)

,Phone bills (*he asked us joint name not the add number for family plain like i dont know y ), Car loans,.. like everything we can possible to make joint name .

and when he check the my papers which is i send to USCIS, there is missing my i-94..copy. so if you can, please make another copy for all the papers..:)
