Got done with our interview. There was a slight hiccup with our application. They did not have our I130 file yet. But the IO was super nice and went out of her way and approved us. I'll write a detailed review once we get home :-)

Same thing here. No news regarding the EAD. I am thinking that it will probably arrive couple of day prior the interview.

We just got married 3month ago. so i preparing the joint lease contract (*ramu2012 advised me because apt company didn't add my husband's name on there so than i asked manager please proof of we are living together than she gave me the short letter that we are living together since july.1 like ), cell phone joint name, car insurance joint name that's all i we had.

and 100 over photos included wedding invitations. letter from my father, letter from my husband, ticket from we went together.

(*but officer he didn't even seen the photos)

For my interviewer's asked "Mostly questions from your i-485". your father's name, mother's name, address, like that but we told him to at the same time. so you have to remember... when ,where,

OC only asked to going trough my husband for this questions

1. Last tax return how much

2. how/when did you meet your wife

and mostly he asked me.

and My husband preparing the Tax return for 3years, paycheck for 3month, loans, bank , card that's it.

If you have any question please left here they (people who finished interview) can help you!

+ i preparing the my bank, internet, dwp.. but he didn't look at that because OC want to joint name for all papers..

09/14/2013 - i-485 status online changed to "testing & interview"(didn't get the email and txt)
09/19/2013- Received hard copy for interview appointment on "10/22/2013" Los angeles (didn't get the email and txt. so i sign up the uscis site)

10/2/2013- Received txt and e-mail for EAD status online changed to "card production"

10/7/2013-Received txt and e-mail for EAD status online changed to "card production" AGAIN!

10/10/2013-Received txt and e-mail for EAD mailed today also status updated w/tracking number.(Priority Mail 2-Day)

10/12/2013-EAD card scheduled delivery date (received 3:45 pm)

August 5,2013:got e_mail/text notification for all 3 forms.

August 6,2013:Checks cashed.

August 8, 2013 : NOA received for all three applications.

August 12,2013:Just received biometrics appointment letter in the mail,for Sept.5.

August 21,2013:Biometrics done.

September 03, 2013 : Email/Text notification for I-485, stating that it is in the "Testing and Interview" stage.

September 25,2013:Card production ordered for EAD.

October 3,2013: EAD card mailed.

October 5, 2013: EAD card received

Look at my timeline. I got my interview notice on Oct 11 2013 (12 days before to the present date). My priority date was on Aug 1 and yours on Aug 16. So I think you are going to get your interview notice in the next 5 to 10 days (from Oct 28 or starting Nov). I wish you well!

10/07/2013 (68 days)- AED in my hands

10/11/2013 (72 days) received Interview date on Nov 18 2013.

still waiting for my Work permit to be delivered today, Its 639pm and still not here . Says last status with tracking number was in same state 40 mins away and that was at 6am. Whats taking it so long! reading.gif

guys,

i have question about i-130 , when did you guys get the i-130 approved?

i just received message from USICS my i-485 move to states which is card/production, but didnt get the i-130 approved message.

i can see that still initial review.. even i approved i-485 today.

(i asked my friend she got the green card 4 month ago she told me when she finished interview both of files approved.)

Hey,

If they said you were approved and you will receive your card then your I-30 should also be approved. Don't worry about not getting notifications, especially if you are checking online. For some reason the system is like that, it doesn't always update. Just wait for your card in the mail. It should get to you in approximately 11 days. Congrats on your approval BTW.

Hey,

I just got message that is i-130 states changed to approved and we mailed you like..

Also I got 1more message that is for i-485 states changed to Decision and we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status.:)i can't wait!!! Lol
