Received combo EAD/AP card today. Happy for that. Not happy that USCIS got the name wrong on it. All the other documents have the correct spelling; this one doesn't. Ho hum, c'est la vie. It is their error so they will correct it and expedite the correction as well.

Ohhh im sorry to hear. After waiting for long, then its a wrong name when it arrives. Well at least you already have it right? hehehe

So excited! Our case is "ready for interview scheduling" and the EAD is in production! How long after you got the "ready for interview scheduling" status update did you guys get an interview notice? I hope it's soon! Things seem to be moving along well!

Today I received a notice that my I-765 status was changed, my EA Card/Document is now in production. What a great birthday gift, thank you Lord! smile.png

However, for some reason my approved I-130 went back into Initial Review.

Anyone else had that happen? Also, anyone else who applied in early august and hasn't received the EAD/AP card?

Hey ramy2012. The same thing happened to me. After i130 got approved, it went into initial review. And ofcourse, you know I applied in early august but not received EAD yet.

Our AP and I130 are still in the Initial Review status, while our interview for the GC is next Tuesday and our EAD card is in production. (yes, we we we yay -- USC + Husband).

I'm hoping we get our GC Tuesday so we can celebrate in the city (SF).

Congratulations <Insert confetti here>! I am so happy things are moving forward.

I too have some news. This morning I checked online and it says they've ordered production of my EAD card. Yippiekicking.gif . Now I can finally renew my driver's license.

Will keep you posted as usual.

I got the "testing and interview" notice on September 18th, since then nothing, no interview date, no EAD/AP approvals. It's frustrating when everybody else's case is moving along and yours is stuck...

Does anyone from NYC already got the interview notice???

No interview notice and It's gonna be 3 weeks tomorrow since the "testing and interview" notice

August 1, 2013 : USPS confirmed package has been delivered.
August 5,2013:got e_mail/text notification for all 3 forms.

August 6,2013:Checks cashed.

August 8, 2013 : NOA received for all three applications.

August 12,2013:Just received biometrics appointment letter in the mail,for Sept.5.

August 21,2013:Biometrics done.

September 03, 2013 : Email/Text notification for I-485, stating that it is in the "Testing and Interview" stage.

September 25,2013:Card production ordered for EAD.

October 3,2013: EAD card mailed.

October 5, 2013: EAD card received

well i have it ..and thanks to the gov. shutdown am not able to get a ss card ..so,again ,wait ...
