Been in Request for Evidence Response Review for 9 days now Really hoping that the RFE doesn't delay my case by too long :( Looking at all your guys posts with similar timelines as me getting interview dates makes me wonder how long it will delay, anyone else had a RFE and know any time frames it might take? Thanks.

I don't think the RFE will delay your case. I received a RFE too and before I submit the documents they already scheduled my interview date.

My status right now is RFE response review but they already sent me the interview letter.

I just want my EAD asap because I am doing job interviews already.

Just updating everyone that I received my EAD/AP card in the mail today. Our interview is in less than two weeks!

Curious, are there any limitations on the EAD card?

Thanks. My AP was approved the day after my EAD (so I received two EAD production emails). I was wondering if there was any notice to say you can't work in certain areas, but you are free to work for the next year based on the card?

Received combo EAD/AP card today. Happy for that. Not happy that USCIS got the name wrong on it. All the other documents have the correct spelling; this one doesn't. Ho hum, c'est la vie. It is their error so they will correct it and expedite the correction as well.

Best of luck to everybody.
