I received my interview letter today! Oct 29 at San Francisco Office.

congrats on getting the interview. I assume you got the hardcopy. Mine also changed to Testing and Interview on 24th Sep. Online status still in T&I.

I have the same problem. What else can we provide other than that Insurance?

I am going to have a very few pictures (we didn't have a weddind :( ) and we don't go out a lot, so people don't take pictures of us.

Joined bank account

2 invitations to our friend's weddings

MAYBE a letter from our landlord that we live together

I don't have anything else. Really. We've lived together for only 3 months now - I don't know what else should I have by this short period of time

On the letter they asked about I864 form.

Do you guys will bring it again? And the financial documents?

Here is the list of things I will bring to the interview.

- Some photos from after the interview to now

- Joint savings account (each of us have our on checking account)

- Joint rental lease

- Authorized user on his credit cards

- Dependent on his health/dental/vision insurance

- Statement from AT&T showing the family plan

- Letters that arrive at our home with both of names

- Joint home insurance

- wedding gift cards

- Airline tickets inside U.S

- Hotel confirmations

Also I am considering bring all financial documents again (not the forms).

Just received the email and text that my EAD is in production.

Congratulation!!im so happy for u now u can renew DL soon :) mine is not changed..still initial review..hopefully i can get the ead before interview date.:)

I heard you. They are scheduling 1 hour for the FP but the FP won't take more than 15 mins and that's why they seems to be busy (but not really). Have you got your EAD / AP approved? I am still waiting on those and it's almost 55 days from the RD.

True. No word yet on EAD or AP.

It's crazy because I thought applications in CA and NY would take a longer time to process because they have vast amounts of applications coming in, but based on posts in these forums, they seem to go pretty quickly...well, quicker than Jacksonville.

Generally no one thinks about this, but you do have the option to reschedule your interview. A friend of mine was in this situation a few years back and the local office even advised him to do so that his wife would get the 10 year green card rather than the 2 year one. That's a $600 fee plus all the hassle of doing it in 2 years time.

Rescheduling the interview means you could prolly get it very close to after the 23rd of November so it's only a few weeks delay. Plus it won't delay getting your EAD so you will have that anyways...ie be able to work, get a social security, get a drivers license. Just a thought.

Hmm thats a hard decision to make cause im really wanted it asap. I know ill still get my ead card but what if rescheduling make it delay for months ?

i dont know if i want to risk it.

About I 864 - they say if you didn't submit it before. So I assume you already sent it, so you only need taxes (W-2, 1040), last paychecks and employee letter again :)

I am not the Dallas office, but it looks like they set up a date of the interview in 1-2 weeks after "testing and interview". Mine took 10 days
