Maybe you'll get it on monday! My status changes on 26th, today, 38th I got the letter.

There is a list of documents you have to bring on your interview in the letter smile.png Don't worry

I promise! Ohhhh, there is the whole month of waiting smile.png Funny, that my EAD status haven't change

You will probaly get your green card before ead, then you wont evan need your Ead .

2013-08-30 (Day 18) Received Biometrics appointment letter in the mail.

2013-09-17 (Day 25) biometrics appointment day @2pm Detriot

2013-09-25 (Day 33) received text and email , I485 changed to testing and interview

2013-10-02 (Day 40) received text message and email @7am about my interview date

Ohhhhh so the interview depends if the local office you are within is busy?! Hope mine is not that busy and considerate and not harsh. Hehehe. Honestly I don't know what happens in the interview. I don't know how to get ready actually. I don't even know what questions I should expect. Anyways I trust that Everything will be ok. Congratulations to all of us!!! In advance! Hehehehe.

Just received the email and text that my EAD is in production.

That`s nice! congrats! I am sure EAD will come few days before your interview :) That`s funny

So my husband for some reason didn't add me to his insurance when we got married, and now they can only add me in November and my interview is in October.. I'm a little bit upset, because we don't have many evidences.. and now we won't have a very good one - insurance. cray5ol.gif

Today they received my RFE and changed the status back to RFE response review.

I think the interview still schedule or they you tell us that was cancelled. Anyway we will call later today to them and check if everything still the same. I hope so!

Would they really not give me a 10 year from been married for 1 yr 11 months at the time. I would think they would give me a 10 year, makes it easier for us to not remove conditions

Generally no one thinks about this, but you do have the option to reschedule your interview. A friend of mine was in this situation a few years back and the local office even advised him to do so that his wife would get the 10 year green card rather than the 2 year one. That's a $600 fee plus all the hassle of doing it in 2 years time.

Rescheduling the interview means you could prolly get it very close to after the 23rd of November so it's only a few weeks delay. Plus it won't delay getting your EAD so you will have that anyways...ie be able to work, get a social security, get a drivers license. Just a thought.

You should try to open that topic on your interview. Coz I am sure by the time they do the card production, you have stayed here for 2 years already.

I have the same problem. What else can we provide other than that Insurance?
